This is a wonderful place if you are looking for authentic German cuisine. The atmosphere is so charming, with plenty of baubles of the walls to enjoy while waiting for your food. – Ben.
Our favorite place to eat in Evansville. Order the giant pretzel and sit back and enjoy some ice cold German beer. The fried oysters are amongst our favorite dish along with the beef stroganoff. – Nick

There us a good selection of food for just about everyone’s appetite. The German fried potatoes are a must. The swineschnitzel is also quite good, although it is a bit different (thicker) than what I’m used to. Their sandwiches are very good, and a member in my party, who has an EXTREMELY sensitive digestive system can eat their food without issues. Another member in my party likes the fish, as well. Service is usually good. Highly recommended. – Bronny
